With so many new innovations in the world of AIS, we felt is was about time that we updated our popular “Non-Idiot’s Guide to AIS”. First created and presented to the British Marine Electronics Association (BMEA) back in 2012, this guide is our most viewed and downloaded online article.
With new product references, the addition of Class B+ and lots of new tables and diagrams, this guide should be a useful resource for anyone interested in AIS, who wants to really understand the underlying technology.
