Digital Yacht Support adds a new team player

We’ve worked hard this year to document lots and lots of technical information about our range of products.  We recognise that many of our items are designed to work with other 3rd party systems and information gathered over many years will be helpful for installers and end users.  Our new support global centre is available HERE

Simply enter your product name or simple part number and you’ll get access to handbooks, FAQs, videos etc.  The FAQ section can typically resolve over 99% of all queries and if not there’s the option to raise a support ticket which will route you to the right person for your enquiry.  We aim to answer support enquiries within 24 hours during normal working hours

We’ve also a legendary new team member, Digital Daffodil, who is our AI chat bot advisor.  Digital Daffodil has read over 10,000,000 words of tech info and handbooks and is quick to find the right information for you if you’re in a hurry.  Of course, she’s still learning but we hope another useful resource from Digital Yacht
